I started this website so I could share my healing journey with others. I want others to feel empowered to heal from any kind of pain, illness, or illness-related trauma.
Why did I spend so much time on this website? I don’t know, but I do know I have a good point. I didn’t have time to learn how to heal from this pain (and also a lot of other things too, like eating, drinking, sleeping, and everything else I’ve learned over the years), so I started this. I’ve learned how to make it better.

Sleeping. I think sleep is a very important aspect of healing. It helps us relax our body and our mind, and allows us to heal from injuries, illnesses, surgeries, and stress.
